This standard specifies the passenger lift maintenance […]
This standard specifies the passenger lift maintenance items and requirements. This standard applies to passenger elevators, freight elevators, residential elevators, medical elevators, unsuitable debris elevators and hydraulic elevators. This standard does not apply to large and medium-sized elevator maintenance. Maintenance in a narrow sense refers to maintenance and repair. Maintenance in a broad sense refers to all maintenance, repair and modification services after the elevator is delivered to use. The maintenance mentioned in this standard is extensive maintenance.
Maintenance, also called maintenance, refers to all necessary operations performed as planned, such as lubrication, inspection, cleaning, etc., to ensure the normal and safe operation of the elevator after it is delivered to use. Maintenance should also include the operation of setting, adjusting and replacing the wearing parts, which should not affect the performance of the elevator. In order to ensure the normal and safe operation of the elevator in use, the operation of replacing old parts with corresponding new parts or processing and repairing old parts should not change the characteristics of the elevator.
Emergency fault maintenance means that when the elevator cannot operate normally or there are potential safety hazards, appropriate settings, adjustments or replacement of damaged parts must be made to make the elevator operate normally and safely. Elevator maintenance should be carried out by personnel who have received elevator maintenance technology and safety training and passed the inspection by the competent government department. The elevator maintenance personnel should abide by the safe operation regulations.
During operation, appropriate safety technical precautions should be taken to avoid personal injury and equipment damage. After any form of maintenance, you must ensure that the elevator safety protection device is effective before it can be put into normal use. Maintenance should be carried out regularly as planned, divided into regular maintenance, quarterly maintenance and annual inspection and maintenance. Routine maintenance is carried out four times a month. When quarterly maintenance or annual inspection and maintenance are encountered, quarterly maintenance or annual inspection and maintenance will be performed.
